After more than 20 years in industrial and residential customer engagement roles, Teri joined Emerson in 2011 to become one of the founding members of the ComfortGuard team. She has an MBA and is passionate about gathering customer feedback and creating an outstanding user experience.

Jeff, Staff Scientist

With two Engineering degrees and a Masters degree, Jeff has more than 30 years experience designing and installing HVAC equipment and controls. He’s authored sixteen patents, and is passionate about giving back to the community by volunteering his time to multiple charitable organizations.

Robert, Lead Algorithm Engineer

Robert spent more than 15 years in signal processing system design after earning a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering. He has developed solutions in wireless communication and medical imaging. We’re fortunate to have Robert on the team to develop algorithms crucial to the prediction and detection of heating problems.

Paul, Technical Leader

For over 20 years, Paul has led engineering efforts in the medical, agricultural electronics, passenger elevator and defense industries. He’s an avid Cardinals fan who happily volunteers his time to coach kids, rebuild homes and raise funds for organizations such as Cardinals Kids Care.

Gregg, Technical Services and Engineering Manager

Gregg has a BS in Mechanical Engineering Technology, a Masters in Business Administration, and 14 years of experience at Emerson. A married father of five, Gregg is enthusiastic about service and technology, and leads our team of technical service agents who watch over your home comfort.
